Completely possible. Generally customers can directly provide us with the artwork for modification. If you need

us to design, you will be charged for the design.

2. How do we help customers arrange international shipping?
For most countries, such as USA, Canada, Singapore, UAE, Italy, etc., we have special freight forwarders who can

arrange door-to-door shipping directly.

For some countries that are not available for door-to-door delivery, we can ship to the nearest port or airport.

3. How can we help our customers to deal with technical problems?

When there is a problem with the machine, the customer transmits the problem to us through pictures and videos,

and our technical staff will judge it in a few minutes to find out the problem and can guide the customer to deal with it

by video call.

4. What is our payment terms?
Our regular payment method is 30% of the full amount as a deposit, 70% of the final payment needs to be settled before

shipment. Of course, if customers are worried about the payment method, they can negotiate with us for another way that

can protect the interests of both parties.
